My contract had expired and Bonginkosi Mbatha served me when upgrading it. He proved to be very capable, with very good knowledge of the services and products on offer. I went to the Clear water branch, and received very poor service there. Bonginkosi's service was excellent. Even when communicating afterwards via email to activate additional services, everything went smoothly and swiftly.
