Failed to deliver full upgrade package content

I upgraded my contract with their online team.

I received the delivery on the 23 of December 2013. Instead of the advertised R1500 game voucher they only included a R500 voucher.

After several attempt to resolve this at their Menlyn Customer Care, phoning their customer care and even taking the complaint to their @vodacom111 Twitter account, I have not received any feedback as to when this issue will be resolved.

The one department after another keeps on referring the query to other branches.
