It is with great disgust that I must again complain about not receiving the voucher I won in the #twicetheslice competition which was running on twitter at the end of May.
I have sent numerous messages on twitter regarding the voucher and to date I have not had a response. I also left a message on the facebook page, but there was no response their either. This is shocking, pathetic and ridiculous service from Steers. The competition seems to have been misleading.
I would like this matter resolved asap and a voucher sent to me as promised via the twitter competition. I have not been to Steers since this dilemma has occurred. The customer is supposed to be important, but in the case of Steers it seems not.
The competition was run at the end of May, it is now the end of July. Are you telling me that it takes more than two months to deliver a voucher to a customer? This is truly SHOCKING AND PATHETIC. I am really disappointed in Steers.
Please can someone get back to me as soon as possible regarding this voucer.
