NO FEED BACK ON SERVICE REQUEST YET???

On Thursday 2/01/2014 i called your customer care centre like three time. First i waited about 16mins for someone to answer, second time was 15mins no answer and on the third call it was like a minute? i told the guy i was having problems with my voice-mail and he kept me waiting for like 5mins while he checked something on my voice-mail? He came back apologised for keeping me waiting and then took down all my details and told me i will get a call, email or sms with feed back within 24hours. Its been more than 24hours and still no feedback. i would just like to know... whens the feedback coming??? Here's the service request no. S3-04Q36-6BBMI
