I am still waiting for feedback from RCS

I have gotten a response and Kim did call me to confirm details. I was told that the matter will be sorted out and i would be contacted within 24hours. I am still waiting feedback.

I am now stuck in the middle of someone else's mistake and no one is able to sort this out.

I really want an answer as to what is going on here!!!
