Could you please assist me in requesting my refund of R50.00 .
I have purchased the bundles of R69.00 but unfortunately, I have chosen Telkom Mobile instead of all networks that I was never told about, as far as I know, nothing is irreversible if the fault is still with the company.
I was never informed that I need to be in certain areas to load that kind of bundle, it is their fault to have few poles, I want my R69.00 back with immediate effect from 8ta.
My alternative number is 083 7194 041, as I have been using my 8ta number for internet only.
NB: I had to load again in order for me to go online, for my business, I am sooooo disappointed by 8ta
