I first got a contract from cellc two years ago. i informed them that i do nt want statements via email. everything was fine until i upgraded in JUne this year. they started sendin my statements via email nd i was unable to view them. i have called nd emailed on numerous occations and stil i do not get my statements. in june i cancelled my subscription to Cellc's GetIt and bcause i wasnt gettin my monthly statements i wasnt aware, until i got a bank statement, that Getit was stil billing me after i cancelled the subscription. the worst thing is that if the month passes they tell you you cant get that statement, but whose fault is it that the month passed witout me getting it??
