Since i've joined cellc i have never received my email statements.
I have contacted the customer case more than 4 times in the last few months and each time they manually sent me a pdf document and closed the inquiry.

My wife's cellc email statement arrives at clock work, around the middle of the month via email, and each time after she receives it I email customer care asking to investigate why mine is not being sent. Each time they manually sent the PDf document, which is not what I am requesting. I am request the official cellc billing email with my statement attached.

I think it is time that you escalate this and investigate and fix the problem.
This is not acceptable of customer care to pass the buck and close the inquiry each time after they manually sent out a pdf.
