This is my third complaint on HelloPeter, with no satisfaction at all. I have been reporting a constantly and ongoing intermittent service (or lack thereof) on my business ADSL line, and although Telkom is quick to send a trite, insincere and meaningless message back to me "assuring me of their immediate attention", I still have my ADSL service dropping and re-connecting up to 20 times a day. Telkom constantly deletes my reported faults and I have to re-report the problem. The nice people on the call centre "escalate" the fault and "mark it urgent" to no avail!
Meanwhile I pay my account on time every month for a service which I am not getting full use of.
To my mind I am being defrauded, to and generally being given the run-around by a company who doesn't give a about paying business customers.
What more must I do? next stop will be the newspapers and Carte Blanche... or legal assistance.
