Good day. My name is Lynnette chetty. I have 2 contracts with 8ta that were supposed to have come to an endon the 21 of august and my last bill was supposed to be paid on the 30 of september. I went into the branch in Gateway shopping centre and placed a notice to cancel the contracts in june and this is my reference for the cancelation is 6260129. Then I had called the client services team in October to check if my contracts have definetly been cancelled since my last payment already went of and a consultant said that they are still active and my bill for 0ctober is r252 so I asked them to escalate the matter for me and this was the next reference 6875453 and I still did not receive any feedback. Anyway my debit order went of at the end of October and I was furious and called back. They escalated the matter again and I still don't have feedback untill today. I am so upset and stressed out because I need my money that they debited. Please could you assist me with this matter I will be so greatful.
