Hi Guys,
Been struggling with multiple Cell C branches over the past month to get a new contract. What a mission!
Tried Cell C Brooklyn in late November (Started well), only to find out almost 2 weeks later, that the person handling my files was moved to another branch (To become a manager) without handing my forms over to another employee. After following up physically twice on-site, I took my forms over to Menlyn branch on which I am still waiting for over two weeks for a Nokia Lumia 820.
I seem to have to follow up the whole time, even when requesting that they keep me updated. I have been told multiple times they will get stock on Tue/Thur but still nothing... Still no phone, no new contract, zip...
For a new customer I have to say this is extremely frustrating and making the Client follow up constantly is not something that I think should be happening.
