8ta Signal issues, Pathetic call centre

Ok so I have been using 8ta for well over a year now. I've had some issues, but over all its been ok.
Now for the last 2 weeks I have noticed that my signal has gone to, Random disconnects, Internet not responding, bad latency and it just seems to be getting worse and worse. I have phoned to complain or get answers but its like talking to a brick wall. I am now at boiling point. This needs to be FIXED now!!! My Vodacom 3G works perfectly fine, So does my mtn but my 8ta is utterly useless!!! Sort your out I am getting sick of not being able to use something I pay for every single month.

We live in a country with poor service delivery and it seems like Telkom is striving to be like the rest of the country.
