I had a contract with Virgin Active, I had to cancel my contract because I moved away and there was no Virgin Active in the area that I moved to, I was told by the call centre to go to my nearest branch and hand in the letter of cancelation, I went to the Wonder Park branch, gave the cancelation letter in and NEVER thought about it again.
Now one and a half year later I got a very threatening call from MBD attorneys where Virgin Active has now handed me over due tonone payment, I have phoned the call centre and was informed that the cancelation was indeed never done and that I am now responsible to pay the bill as well as legal fee's because they did not do their jobs!!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
