Bad-servic canceling contract... Exorbitant charge

I have been trying to cancel a contract since 3rd November. Handed in the phone they gave me on 3 Rd together with cancellation form all within 20 days of start. Service bad and phone faulty. I have since then been in touch by phone and email with numerous Telkom individuals who made promises but no follow through. Eventually spoke to MOST HELPFUL Mokholtla Who referred to his supervisor Sheldon Dixon on 4th December and gave me a case Number 7243763. I have continued to be charged each month... Well over R400 a month even though the contract was for less that R100 a month! This is! I went in to the office in the Mall in Pietermaritzburg who assured me that the matter was being dealt with! I need to be credited with all money taken from me and just wish we could cancel the contract my husband has with them too. This company is absolutely hopeless,! PLEASE HELP ME SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM!
