Why isnt my website not working as it should???

I signed up a while ago for a web hosting with MWEB. In 2013 on several occasions my website would simply be DOWN for no reason.
Each and every time when I contact the call centre, they say it is working fine. If I cannot access the site or the control panel, it means: IT DOESNT WORK!
This morning AGAIN! Not working!
When I contacted the call centre, once again, everything is working fine. It isn't working fine because i cannot web site as a user or an administrator!
What is going on MWEB???
