Today 02/12/2013 I received my statement from Telkom (8ta) and I saw on my statement that I have been charged for a wireless connection fee (R200) AFTER being told that we DO NOT GET CHARGED for activation fee.
And instead of my bill being R380.00 for the full month of December (and I not to sure what I am supposed to be charged for half of November as I received my phone on the 15th of November) At the end of December the total amount due is R692.80, Which is incorrect!!!

I phoned several times, regarding this query and still I didn't receive any usefulhelp, service or information regarding the statement and the faulty amount that i've been billed or what the so called reason for this might have been.

this is unacceptable and it has to be resolved as soon as possible!
