I received an email from Elon Mathipa on 18/12/2013 this was a response to my complaint but on the 18/12/2013 I emailed back requesting the recording of conversation I had with Cynthia Pretorius as Elon stated that I have made an arrangement with Cynthia Pretorius. I have not received ant feedback.
In total 6 emails were sent to Elon Mathipa in regards to my query and to date not a response to any of my emails.
This query is know ongoing for many years, Please can i speak to a manager or get me Cynthia Pretorius as this is ridiculous cause know once again they playing the run around game with me and the fact that they get a junior to contact me this is very unprofessional of Autopage.
This is know my last complaint to yourselves cause know the nxt step would be to go to the Ombudsman I have tried dealing withyou in regards to my query
