Contract cancelled in May 2013, once again three debit orders processed against my account on 31/10. (Five months) This is despite being assured by Elon at Head office that my query was resolved. Elon has also ignored repeated requests for a reconciliation of this account over the past three months. Autopage's response to my previous Hellopeter report made when this occurred last month was a lie. The matter is obviously not resolved and no serious attempt has been made to contact me to resolve.
These guys admin is a shambles and their customer service diabolical.
