In July 2013 I insured two Blackberry handsets through Tebogo Molefe from Csurance. I then got a Cell C contract phone in September 2013 and wanted to add my Samsung S4 to the insured phones (plus remove one of the Blackberries from the insurance) I then found out that none of the Blackberries qualified for Csurance after paying for 3 months! I then called Csurance and was transferred back to Tebogo who arranged that I get the money reimbursed. I confirmed with him that the policy would be cancelled - hence the reimbursement! I only noticed this morning that I am still paying 59 x 2 per month!!! I then called in AGAIN to find out that the policy was never cancelled. I want this matter investigated immediately and I want my money back within 7 working days. This is the worst service I have ever received!
