Nashua Mobile has debited me illegally four times in the past 6 months, I always get my bank to reverse the debits but this is a waste of my time. I communicated to Nashua that I do not have an account with them but they keep on debiting me. Stanley Goliath is handling the issue and has requested my bank statement and affidavit for their department to trace the issue. I refused to lift a finger to aid their incompetence, my financial information (including my bank statement) is confidential and I can issue it out if I require a service from a service provider, the fact that they massed up doesn't give them a right to demand my bank statement. I refused to be bullied into submitting my bank statement just because someone is too lazy to do their job without violating my rights. Someone should wake up and do their job, do not expect me to bend over backwards providing information when the onus was on Nashua to have adaquate system to prevent such from happenning. Just received a response from Stanley Goliath saying he is waitng for a response from their Risk and department, same message I got from him a month ago. This is ridiculous by any measure.
