I've noticed a FonesureCC deduction on my bank statements of R52.00 for quite a couple of months now.
I logged a complaint on Cell C's website to try and find out what is going on here. They sent me a reply that I should contact Csurance on 0841570007 - Done that and a lady by the name of Bronwyn assisted me, gave her my ID number and to my surprise they have no information of me on their system. She also advised that I should contact Cell C customer services and that I need to go trough to Cell Cover or something like that.
I tried contacting Cell C on 084140 on several occasions but to no avail, because they are upgrading their systems and and and, meanwhile they are deducting this amount - if I'm not mistaken for more than 2 years now.
Could someone please contact me so that I could get this sorted and find out why - is there proof that I consented to this - and what is going on here. I'm fed up wasting my time and money trying to get hold of the correct people.
