DIGUSTING AND UNHELPFULL ATTITUDE

I got a new Iphone 5S two days before christmas from the Gateway branch. For the past 2 weeks the phone keeps losing coverage and I had to repeatedly switch it on and off to make/receive phone calls. Concerned with the servicebility of the phone TWO weeks after receiving it, I wanted to enquire about this at the King Shaka branch. To my dismay the employee was completely unwilling to help.

First of all, walking in I found him almost laying down in the chair behind the counter. He did not even greet me as I walked in. Still laying back in his chair sipping on a energy drink he then proceeded to give a very unhelpfull and dimissive attitude. not once did he even get up out of the chair, or try and find a sollution to my problem. they apparently do not deal with queries like mine. Not helped and very frustrated I rather left, than to stoop down to his pathetic level.

I am disgusted that you would like to be represented by rude, unhelpfull hung over employees in such a high visible store such as the King Shaka Vodashop.
