We visited the Coricraft branch in Witbank on the 5th May 2013. The price on the floor and the price that they quote us are two different prices and there is only 1 chair in the entire country left at the price on the floor, why advertise the price? On top of the price advertised, the branch indicated that they want to add another R400 to deliver the chair to our house.
We request that we would pick up the chair to save the cost. Sorry but the branch will not allow us to pick-up the chair to save cost. WHAT IS THIS!!! R400 to deliver a recliner chair within a radius of not even 15 kilometres from the branch. Eventually they phone us on the 6th May, to explain that we can pick up the chair, but they will NOT help us load the chair onto the bakkie, CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AN ALL TIME LOW. The last issue is that we will have to assemble the chair ourselves but there are no instructions. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!!!
