My Husband and I have been trying in vain to get a certain chair from your company (we in fact want 6 of these chairs). We first saw the chair on your website. Upon visiting your Loch Logan branch in Bloemfontein we were very disappointed to find that it was not in this store. The staff have "supposedly" been trying to get this chair from either your warehouse or another branch but have yet to produce any results... We have been waiting since September. Is it really that difficult to send this style chair to this branch?? My mother-in-law went to your Bedfordview branch which has this specific chair in stock, to have a look at it, but it is obviously not the same as being able to see it for yourself! Your company is meant to be a NATION wide retailer with high standards. Well we are becoming a tad weary of playing the waiting game. Either this store is poorly managed/poorly staffed with the result being that they just don't care about going the extra mile for a customer or this store is nothing more than a white elephant!
