No ipad hotspot with 8ta Telkom Mobile

It is very unfortunate that I upgraded my iPad 4 iOS 7.0.4, only then to find that the personal hotspot is no longer working and that there is STILL no carrier bundle update from 8ta/Telkom Mobile...

Contacted iPad support only to be told that if it does not show the setting they assume it is not supported.

Most amazing part is that all other providers like Vodacom and MTN already released a carrier bundle update, and Cell C simply uses APN settings.

How much longer do we need to wait for 8ta/Telkom Mobile to "finalise the configuration"?
