Fair usage data

I receive 2GB of data from cell c every month and its only valid for a month. I could not use my social network since the 27th december 2013 because I have a limit on my acciunt. I called the call centre a couple of times but got service and stupid answer. They keep telling me that my account was soft locked because of the limit that I have and that I wont be able to make calls of send sms's. What I didnt understand was, ghat I could make calls and send sms's, just not use my fair usage data. So I wantef to know why they give me something thst I cant use? The agent (noma) that I spoke to want me to increasr my limit in order to have access and that would mean that I have to pay more, whilst I have more than enough date to make use of. I asked to speak to a manager, she put me through and told me that I was going to speak to a busisiwe, which I helled on for and after holding on the call was cut and I never spoke to any manager. My patience are really being tested and the service is realy sicking. Something needs to done.
