Non Mtn Subscriber having bills debited from bank

My sister is a non MTN subscriber. She has never had an Mtn account. This is the 2nd month that she has had debit orders come off her bank account, of which the last month was over R6000. Who has given Mtn authority to touch funds in this account? There is no signed contract! Mtn has re-imbursed the 1st months debit but require an affidavit to cancel this debit order. My sister is over 8 months pregnant and the baby is due shortly. This is unacceptable behavior from Mtn.why can't they look at their records and find proof where authority has been given to debit this account. This is now being handed over to the lawyers and MTN will be taken to task!
