Customers dont come first at 8ta kenilworth centre

I recently took out 2 contracts for the samsung s4mini. I requested 2 black devices. The branch only had one black device. On the 23rd december 2013, i went into the kenilworth centre branch and was told by a female sales assistant known as siya that she would contact other branches and find the additional black device for me. She also promised me that she would contact me to inform me that i could collect the device at the kenilworth branch.i still have not received that call. today i popped in to the branch to find out about the phone. i was told that siya does not work at the kenilworth branch and she was only helping out there that day. she advised me that siya is the only one who can help me as she has my paper work. i asked for the number for the claremont branch, i was told there is no phone number as it is a new branch. i asked the advisor how i was to contact siya to find out if my phone is ready. she told me very unsympathetically that i must go to claremont and go ask siya. i then asked for the area manager contact details and was told that they dont have his cell number but gave me this email [Email Removed] is this the correct email address?? no response yet
