On 19 December 2013 I made an online order of 2 Blackberry phones, I spoke to Dipuo. My contact details including my cell number were taken by Dipuo during the conversation so that the courier company will call me when they deliver the phones. On 27 December 2013 I called 0821945 to track my order, I was told that the courier came to my house but they left because I was not there, but I was there nobody called me to say there is a delivery for me outside, I was told that the order will be coming back to me soon I must wait. I called again on 30 December 2013 I was told that the order is on its way from the courier to Vodacom (they expect the parcel to reach them by Friday 3 January 2014). I'm still waiting to see what new story is coming... What a bad service. I didn't expect this.
