Dealsclick works like Groupon. You order online and they deliver. The only problem is they take up to a month and longer to deliver. Not only have I received the wrong goods on previous deliveries but had to wait over a month for delivery. On my recent order a month passed. I called to follow up. Not only was I told that the stock did not arrive, I was told that upon the stock arriving that my order was amongst it and that i will receive it the following day. The next day i called again, only to be told my order was not there but some other stock had arrived and my order will be sent. Later the afternoon Dube confirmed that my order was ready and will be delivered the following day. The next day the courier did not arrive. I called at 2pm and the courier said he will be there by latest 3pm with my parcel. At 3:30pm I called again and the courier advised that I had to call Dealclick because they gave him (courier) the wrong parcel to deliver. I was told that my parcel would arrive the following day. Well it is now 3:20pm and still no parcel. This is the 3rd order from them in a space of 3 months that has gone wrong.
