Iphone 5 Contarct goes missing

I confirmed for my iphone 5 contact on the 3rd of April, 8ta Pavillion was supposed to deliver my phone door to door via courier service on Monday 8th April, which they haven't done, I've called the salesperson Siya numerous times to find out where my device was, neither could the store manager Gordon help me, they couldn't give me any answers nor would they give me a tracking number for my device. On Wednesday the 10th April after my 20th attempt of trying to get hold of my device Siya the salesperson said he would give me a tracking number to track my own device (NO CUSTOMER SERVICE) I phoned Speed Service only to be notified that the package sent to me was at the local post office instead of being delivered to me, no explanation was given as to why they couldn't deliver to me. I had to go to the post office to receive this package only to find that the package sent was only documents and a sim card NO DEVICE WAS INSIDE!!! On the courier service page it said only documents were sent, I phoned Siya while i was at the post office to ask where was my device, he said he had sent it and he didn't know where it was. When I phoned to speak to the manager Gordon he was rude. Someone help
