We went to the MTN store at Mall@Reds because the iphone charger, that we bought there was faulty. The lady informed us that they can not replace it, because it must be returned within 7 days. I asked to see the Manager, and was informed she/he was not in and we can return in 10 min. After 10 min that same lady helped us and took our slip and charger to the back. She came back with the answer that they can replace it (That was after I said that according to the Consumer Act, they must replace it). Oh no, nothing in stock. Again she disappeared to the back and come back with the answer that they can order it from another store. BUT we can not go and pick it up, it "Will take a while". Still no sign of the Manager!!! That was before Christmas, I reported it that afternoon at MTN Customer Service. Low and behold I received an email a couple of days ago asking for the store name, Customer Service wrote down: Fauly charger from Moll at Regs"
OK, they can not spell, and I am still waiting for a reply. In the meantime still sitting without charger!!! The Ref number REQ: 3070391 I am not impressed!!!
