Autopage Endless Problems

I have been trying to leave Autopage for the past 5 years because they couldn't do a simple thing like change ownership from my brother's name to mine. After trying, endless faxing and driving up and down, I gave up after a year! This year I made a conscious decision to go over to Vodacom. I phoned Autopage in September and they told me to write a cancellation letter, which my brother did as the phone is still in his name. I phoned to confirm that all was in order - it was (or so I thought!) During October month I sent follow up emails to confirm that I wanted to keep my number. I kept receiving electronic generated emails but no human person would actually phone me no matter how much I asked for assistance! I eventually went over to Vodacom and they helped me with this but I still struggled for two weeks because Autopage would not release my number! This was already mid November! Finally by end November I thought I was rid of Autopage for good until earlier this week, I received an account! I wrote an email asking them what the am I receiving an account for?? I cancelled my account in October and this is December! Answer: They have not cancelled my account YET!!!
