I took a contract with MTN, it was actually an upgrade to a samsung s4 in July/August 2013 of a R399 package which included 200 worth airtime, 200 sms which i have not been getting only getting 25 smses and 200 MB of data. My biggest problem is my data which they did not include this month. They sent me an sms saying that my data bundles have been cancelled. I have gone for four days now without my data which is included on my package. They are taking me from pillar to post in resolving this matter. I am being given so many ref numbers without any help.
I feel i need some kind of compensation because they have breached my contract. I have to pay to get wi fi to get internet. This kind of service is poor and unacceptable.
