I upgrade my cellphone contract and decided to take the blackberry 9900. With in 7 days I took the phone back because it stoped rining. They took the phone and say it might be an open box fault. After some time I followed upand they said it can't be taken as an open box fault because I returnd it with out some network cable. The lady that received the phone didn't check if the box was complete or not. So they told me the phone will be sent to Nashuas technical depart ment and after its repaired it will be sent back to me. Long story short I'm on my 4th referbished phone and still its not working. I'm paying for a phone that I haven't had the prevlage of using. I'm a customer of Nashua for 14 years and that's the service I get.
