Still no end

As of today I a still waiting for the legal department to contact me regarding my report: 1269876.

I can not believe how slow they work as I can be sure of that every day my account is accumulating.

I am at the point where I do not know what to do anymore.

Can someone from the legal department please email me to start sorting out this mess.
