I would like to express how disgusted and appalled I am with regards to the service received from your store on the 1st December. As I customer I didn't expect this kind of service from such reputable brand. I came to the store to report a problem that I experienced with 3 days of having the phone n my possession. I was given a run around by your consultants at the shop but what was more disgusting was the fact that when eventually came in to give back the phone and the tv that I had, I was ridicule in front of everybody, called stupid and crazy by Jeffrey Monala who is an assistant manager and Mr Madima was the one who told me to chill and let him to his job because he was an expect bt the problem persisted after taking what was considered a new handset
These people have dragged the name of this reputable big brand In the mud. Because of this experience my family and I are considering moving to another cellphone. As a sales consultant myself I treat clients with utmost respect. If I pay for a service i expect respect
