Worst company to have a contract

I used to buy data from the app, now they said I never could have to phone every time but the contract is in my moms name so its extremely inconvenient for me and my mom.and my billing went from 630 to 2700 in less than half a day but when I took over the contract my billing is not supposed to be more than 500 I understand buying bundles pushes it up but really how the do these people work I am disgusted with their service
