Still no delivery/ Failure to cancel

After my initial complaint of failure to deliver/cancel my upgrade cellphone. I was promised by Nomonde REQ:3060002 that it would be attended to by a MTN supervisor. A certain Kirish contacted me from MTN promising delivery would take place by no later than the 24th December giving me a tracking number uv127014. The 24th has come and gone and still no delivery of the cellphone.

Even when trying to contact the courier company RTT the phone just rings. Seems like the incompetence of
MTN staff goes all the way up the corporate ladder. Initial order was done on the 9th of November, that is 46 days ago.
