Keep debiting my account

I cancelled my bbm service more than 18 mths ago but they still debited my account even though I phone every month to cancel again! Then when contract came to an end I did not renew but emailed to cancel contract. They phoned back and all done telephonically. Now 4 months later they are still debiting my account and even twice this month. I have stopped debit order at bank but they keep doing it. Have called Century City personal and still waiting for them to get back to me!! Website does not work and 123 does not get answered!
