I have had a terrible experience with MTN yet again. I was billed over R3600 for the month of August/September. I went to an MTN shop that could not help me so I called the MTN number. I asked for a data investigation and received no email with the results. I then went into Hyde Park MTN who were very helpful, they found out that the data investigation had found that my contract had not been migrated/updated. This was because MTN had now processed my upgrade. I was charged for data that I never used and never received the data that was due to me for my upgrade. Of course I never actually received this email because your centre is so inefficient. This was only realized in the month of December, which means that every month since August I have been overcharged and will be debited over R3600. I am supposed to receive a refund which I have not received and I have heard nothing since I left the Hyde Park branch. I am FURIOUS with your shocking service and cannot afford to pay for your mistakes. I am canceling my debit order until this issue is resolved. Please contact me urgently with information regarding this issue.
