Taking the apple back II

I'm still waiting for the response to my first comment on this?! Basically i'd like to know why when you have already paid for your airtime or data that if you do not use it in a certain amount of time its taken away from you? - again my argument is if you buy an apple from me and you do not eat it within a certain period i'll take it back from you? and then i slap the contract that you signed in front of you and say sorry but you signed this - question did i have a choice? -no and if i did not like it i would not have been able to get airtime/contract. So in saying that where is my consumer rights?

Is there anyone out there that can change this or are we all doomed to be ripped off by these large corporates who monopolize the game and their ONLY focus is to rip people off!?

I've started phones from Vodacom shops to get my own back but what about those people who are too afraid to do that or are have no way of speaking out?
