Eginning of the month, i called cellc callcentre to ask them not to renew my 2 modems which i took out in Jan 2011.
they said last payment will be at the end of Jan.
2days later, i tried to use my modems, both not working, called the call centre.
instead, i figured, maybe better to go to a store.
at the store, they say they have no access to call centre so i need to call them back and sort out with them as they disconnected my modems.
i ask for a manager, manager comes and says he will speak to them as get back to me.
a week later, i call him, he says he'll get back to me in 15min.
2hours later a lady from the store calls me and says, i need to bring the modems in as the callcenter claims they didnt discontinue it, despite the manager telling me otherwise a week prior.
she said shes going to confirm 100% and come back to me in 30min, its been 4hours.
i call the call centre, now they say my 1 modem only expires in 11months.
i am about to pull my hair out, being passed around more then a joint on a beach party.
please cancel these modems and dont charge me this month as i can not use them.
i am not paying R398 for half a product.
really frustrated, SOME ONE PLEASE HELP!
