I logged a claim with my insurance a week ago and they arranged with Europe Car to contact me - no1 contacted me to this date, I'm taking my car in today and i need the car today. I have been calling the head office since morning - no luck, i cant call a branch as i don't know which branch will be giving me the car, everyone at the head office puts me on hold to get me through to the Reservations/ Call center but there is no answer there. Eventually i left a message to be contacted back as urgent - still no luck.
