BIS to be activated

I have been on contract with Altech, however I stopped the contract and went over to prepaid. Since I went over to prepaid I have been struggling to get my BIS activated. I went to Altech and was advise to deal with MTN. Went to MTN and was advised that Altech must assist. After numerous occations I was then told that I need to do a sim swop and then went back to MTN and they advised that they can not help. I have tried to resolve this matter and now I am left with no choice as to go to this resort. I have been sent from pillar to post and can not get any assistance. I need this to be resolved.
