Cellph billscheme - ripping of unware customers

I feeling very disturb and angry when I look at my Cellphone bill to find out that Flexyville cost more than R400 rand over the two months and do not know that I made ever used of their services. I received the following SMS from Flexyville in October with a link in it. I never selected the link but the SMS specified the following:

"You have received a private photo invite. Click to open [URL Removed] (FREE MSG) 31305 / output dial 0213002831" and deleted from my phone immediately. I was not aware of and for a service I didn't even know existed and certainly never used.

When I phoned Flexyville to report this on the 3 December 2013 and told them to stop billing me and refund me for a service I did not used. To date no response from Mira Networks / Flexyville.

I am waiting on response from Mira networks/ Flexyville on provided cell no.

This is a violation of WASPA code of Conduct and Advertising rules as stipulated in Chapter 11. I am in the process of reporting this matter to WASPA and will continue to report this company to any other watchdog available until either they are investigated further or refunded my money asp.
