I feeling very disturb and angry when I look at my Cellphone bill to find out that Flexyville cost more than R400 rand over the two months and do not know that I made ever used of their services. I received the following SMS from Flexyville in October with a link in it. I never selected the link but the SMS specified the following:

"You have received a private photo invite. Click to open [URL Removed] (FREE MSG) 31305 / output dial 0213002831" and deleted from my phone immediately. I was not aware of and for a service I didn't even know existed and certainly never used.

When I phoned Flexyville to report this on the 3 December 2013 and told them to stop billing me and refund me for a service I did not used. To date no response from Miranetworks / Flexyville.

This is a violation of WASPA code of Conduct and Advertising rules as stipulated in Chapter 11. My question to Autopage cellular: If there is no written or oral confirmation on my side, who did give Autopage the authority to bill me on behalf of Mira Networks that I have no business with?

Must I carry the costs of things I have no control off. What kind of systems do you put in place to safe guard me as a loyal customer.
