To whom this may concern,

I contacted my cell phone provider this morning after noticing charges were coming off my phone for some unknown reason. I was told that Mira Networks has been debiting my account for a subscription called Flexyville. I HAVE NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO THIS SERVICE!!!

A refund is demanded and the service is to be terminated immediately and not within 48 hour.

It is ridiculous that you debit someones account when they have not subscribed to a service.

Proof of subscription is also required URGENTLY.
