Unauthorized subscriptions billed

Vodacom has softlocked my phone due to me reaching call limit due to some subscription service billing me for something i NEVER agreed to!

Vodacom do yourself a favor and check the hello peter complaints for cellspice. I'm not the only person who this has happened to. Do you guys not authenticate and check subscriptions? How the could this happen?

I want my money back and this stupid softblock lifted AT NO CHARGE!!!
