On the 22nd December 2013 I walked into Cellc Cavendish square and went to query a error on one of my accounts and I've never ever received such disgusting service in my life I was helped by a lady who then asked Irefaan for advice he was so arrogant did not even listen to my query didn't even take the reference I got from cellc and who by the way has still not called me back since the 13th. I always go into cellc Cavendish and receive top service there but I won't set my foot there again and I won't recommened it to others either so at the end of the day when he realized that it was not a sale or purchase he was trying to brush me off and ignored me I asked the lady who had originally helped me for paper and pen and the guys name and he then said to her Shireen who is assistant manager no one came to see me and the lady went to the back and came out and then straight back to her till point and never said a word I eventually asked the Samsung rep for a pen and paper and the name of the guy he gave it to me irefaan went on with his sale he is arrogant and has absolutely no listening skills he made me feel like a and this is not on I told him twice that I am not happy.
